St. Sofia

Last week we celebrated St. Sofia's holiday. Sofia is my mother's name so my grandmother and I decided to bake some kourebiedes (similar to a mexican wedding cookie). They are delicious indeed! After church we ate outside and then I served our cookies for dessert, among the many other desserts available. This is by far my favorite church I have been to in Karpathos. It is quaint and cute with the most spectacular views.
